Delete your Beapon account

Request deletion in the app

1. Sign in to your personal Beapon account and open Settings.
2. Choose Delete account (Hesabı sil) and review the information shown.
3. If you manage verified accounts, first request their deletion through their account settings.
4. Confirm your personal-account deletion request.

Your personal account enters a 30-day suspension period. You can cancel the request during that period. After the period ends, the deletion process removes the personal information and content covered by the request.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@beapon.com with an account deletion request, preferably from the email address associated with your account. Identify the account you want deleted. We will verify your authority before processing the request. Do not send your password, verification codes or identity documents unless a specific verification step is agreed.

What is removed and what may remain

The account-deletion process covers personal account information and associated content. Managed verified profiles have a separate deletion process. Pending account applications are handled as described in the confirmation screen.

Limited identity, security and administrative records may remain. Authentication-provider records are not automatically erased by the current in-app deletion process; include them in your email request if you want us to review their deletion too. We will explain any retention that applies to your request.
